What to Blueprint

When should you create new Blueprints, or extend existing ones?

Blueprints allow you to templatize and automate most Business Processes and Customer interactions. If you routinely interact with a Customer to perform a specific task, Blueprints are for you! Common examples include:

  • Customer forms
  • Invoices and Accounts Receivable
  • Surveys
  • Accounts Payable

Creation of a Blueprint is both an art and a science. Our collection of Actions allow for innumerable combinations of workflows, some more optimized than others. Plan on trying a few different combinations of Actions for a given use case and don't be afraid to reach out for help. Further, adding Triggers to your Blueprints allow Business Processes to be created from multiple systems, using the same or different payloads.

While the platform already does most things for most people, we are always adding new capabilities. Check the Action and Provider catalog to keep up to date on what's new. If you have a specific need, please reach out and let us know!
