You can configure a customers/crm provider to load a Customer as it's looking for.
You can configure any supported provider under our supported Customer CRM Providers. Check the 'features' section of the desired provider to see if it has just-in-time capabilities available.
How it works
When you do a get request to load a Customer, that has not been created within the Authvia platform, the provide 'ref' will be used to look for a Customer for every configured Customer CRM Providers for the Account. The first system that returns a Customer will then be used to create a Customer within the Authvia system.
When to use it
This can help simplify your integration if you already have a Customer database established and don't want to have to proactively populate the Authvia system with those Customers.
