This topic type is available for merchants that have at least one payment gateway configured. When created, we will notify the customer, per your configuration, that a payment is outstanding. If the customer already has a payment method on file we will give them convenient options to approve the payment, for the selected card, via SMS. If there is no payment method on file, the customer only receives the option to click a link to add a payment method on file, and pay.

As a customer goes through the payment experience, if the payment method fails, or they fail to respond our system will nudge the user with helpful options to help encourage/enable payment.

Required Fields

To create a topic of this type your conversation must have at least theses two options in the conversation context.

description	Water Bill Maid Services	Required. The short description presented to the user in explanation for the payment. Keep it to a short title, so it can sound more natural to the user.
