Transaction refund custom amounts with adjustments

When you refund a captured charge with a custom amount, that amount can now equal the parent transaction total plus any adjustments on that transaction. You no longer need to split or guess amounts when the refund should match what the customer actually paid after fees, surcharges, or other line-item changes.
