When a business process groups Payment-amount-selection with Surcharge, customers who picked a payment method before entering an amount could finish without the fee. Surcharge now recalculates when the payment amount is set, so the percentage applies to the final total.

• Returning customers with a card on file pay the surcharge after they choose or enter a custom amount, not only when they add payment details after the amount is known.
