SFTP login when the root directory lists more than 10 folders

SFTP clients such as FileZilla could fail to connect when your Authvia root directory listed more than ten folders. Message-related subfolders are now grouped in the root listing, so login completes instead of stalling on an oversized directory view.
- Root directories with many merchant or message folders no longer block SFTP login.
- Clients that limit how many entries they show at login can connect reliably.
