Paypal authorization line items and shipping preference

When you authorize a Payment through Paypal, Authvia now sends complete Line-items detail and sets shipping preference to no shipping. PayPal often rejected or stripped authorization detail when those fields were missing, which blocked checkout or left charges hard to reconcile.
- Authorization requests include the line item detail PayPal expects, so itemized amounts authorize as configured instead of failing on incomplete order data.
- Shipping preference is set to no shipping on authorization, so digital and service payments do not fail over a missing ship-to address.
