Payment method status for Worldpay host response codes

When FIS WorldPay Vantiv Express declines a card with only a host response code and no message text, Payment-method status now reflects the decline instead of leaving the outcome unclear. You can rely on standardized codes as the decline signal rather than waiting for optional gateway message text that Worldpay may omit.
- Host response codes for common declines (such as insufficient funds or expired card) now set payment method status to declined when Worldpay sends only the numeric code.
- Descriptive gateway text still appears when Worldpay returns it; treat the response code as authoritative when message text is absent.
