Payment-method restrictions for PayPal, Paze, and Venmo

When you configure Payment-method actions with mixed restrictions, you can now include Paypal, Elavon Converge (Paze), and Venmo alongside card and ACH rules. Previously, adding those tender types to a restriction list failed validation, so you could not offer wallet options while limiting direct card use.
- Combine PayPal, Paze, or Venmo restrictions with card rules such as debit-only, brand, or category filters without the action rejecting the configuration.
- Let customers pay through PayPal, Venmo, or Paze even when you restrict credit card entry to specific bin types or card attributes.
- Build business processes that pair payment-method steps with payment or payout actions using the same mixed restriction patterns.
