Payment method issuer country limits in business processes

When you create a business process, you can limit which countries may issue the cards customers use at checkout. Add optional issuer country rules on the Payment-method action so only cards from countries you allow are accepted; cards issued elsewhere are blocked before payment completes.

• Add allowedCountries to the payment-method action features when you create a business process; use ISO 3-letter codes such as USA or IRL.
• At checkout, the card issuer country is checked against your list; cards from other countries are not accepted.
• Applies to credit and debit card payment methods where issuer country is available on the payment method.
• Set different allowed countries per business process when acceptance rules vary by flow or market.
