Payment-amount-selection suggested amounts for donation checkout

When Payment-amount-selection is unionized with Payment in a donation or flexible-amount flow that starts at zero, choosing a suggested or custom amount now updates the payment total and enables checkout. Customers no longer see a valid amount and payment method with Pay still disabled.

• Suggested donation amounts and custom entries sync to the payment step in one pass, so checkout completes instead of stopping at a disabled Pay button.
