Orbital American Express card brand

Orbital payments with American Express cards now send the card brand in the format the gateway expects. Before this fix, the brand was sent with an underscore instead of a hyphen, which could cause tokenization or authorization to fail for AMEX.

• American Express tokenization and authorization through Orbital pass the correct card brand, so AMEX charges are less likely to fail on brand validation.
