NMI credit card decline status mapping

When a credit card payment through NMI is declined, Authvia now maps the gateway response to DECLINED instead of leaving the outcome unmapped or ambiguous. You can treat the result as a normal decline rather than an unknown error.
- NMI decline response codes resolve to DECLINED, so declined cards no longer appear as undefined errors in payment results.
