Mock ACH origin name and routing required

When you add or update an ACH Mock payment Products entry, you must supply origin name and origin routing values. Missing or empty origin details fail at configuration time instead of surfacing as unclear errors on later sandbox ACH runs.
- Product setup rejects incomplete origin fields so test ACH scenarios use realistic originator name and routing data.
- Teams catch configuration gaps before running transactions, not mid-test when a charge fails for missing origin details.
