Jobs status when all lines are in flight

When every line in a Jobs upload is still processing, status now reports partial completion instead of a state that made the batch look idle. You can poll job status during large file uploads without mistaking active work for a stuck or untouched job.

• Job status reflects that processing has started on every line, not only after the first lines finish or fail.
