Incode document verification on business processes

You can add an Incode action when you create a customer business process, so customers verify identity documents during onboarding and approvals without a manual document review queue.

  • Include a required Incode flow configuration ID in the action context when you create the process; a missing ID returns a clear error instead of failing later in the flow.
  • Set optional demo mode on the action when you want Incode sandbox verification before you run the same flow against production.
  • Supply document details such as passport type on the action before the customer approves; after approval resolves the action, captured OCR data is stored on action state for your integrations.
  • Webhook payloads for the action include OCR data on action state, so downstream systems can read verification results without polling the action.
