Business process payouts for multi-currency support

Business processes that pay out to customers can use currencies beyond USD. Set the currency on a payout action, and related steps in the same flow show and calculate amounts in that currency so customers see consistent totals.

• Set a currency ISO code on payout actions in your business process blueprint, such as JPY or EUR.
• Line items, customization steps, tipping, and fee actions in the same flow use the payout currency for display and calculations.
• Payment actions follow the same currency behavior, so amounts stay aligned when a flow mixes payouts and payments.
• When no currency is set on the flow yet, each action falls back to the currency configured on that action.
• Customers see amounts formatted for the chosen currency instead of always seeing USD.
