# Business process participants for all customer addresses

When you create a [Business process](https://developer.authvia.com/update/reference/business-processes), Authvia now adds a participant for every [Customer address](https://developer.authvia.com/update/reference/address) on that customer record. Contacts you already store stay tied to the process even when your create call names only a subset of addresses.

* Customers with multiple phones or emails get each path represented as a participant, so later steps can reach the right channel without a second create.
* You spend less time reconciling missing contacts when a customer has more than one address on file.
