Bank of America and CardConnect saved card authorizations

When you authorize a payment with a stored card through Bankofamerica or CardConnect, the gateway now receives the correct card-on-file context for first-time and repeat use. Misaligned authorization data was causing unnecessary declines or inconsistent handling between one-time and saved-card charges.
- One-time payment methods are no longer sent with saved-card signals meant for reusable tokens.
- Repeat charges on stored cards carry the correct network reference from the original authorization, including the distinct handling Visa requires compared with other card brands.
